A unique merger between Got2echnics, Priority Aero Maintenance and Air Hudik

Through a merger between Got2echnics, Priority Aero Maintenance and Air Hudik, a leading Nordic aircraft services provider will be formed. The Group will soon operate under a new name.

The previous owners of Priority, Pegroco Invest and EAS, will continue to be owners of the new group together with the entrepreneurs and founders of Got2echnics.

“A qualified full-service provider of Line and Base Maintenance services is a winning concept on a market that is currently undergoing a lot of change as a consequence of the strong growth of air travels and the operators improved focus on their core business”, says Juha Heikkinen CEO of the new Group.

“With this merger, we will now be present at all key destinations in the Nordic region and the company is now well prepared and positioned for the next stage of expansion and development. The objective is to significantly increase sales and growth on strategic customers by offering an attractive portfolio of traffic related services”, says the Group’s new chairman Magnus Wetter, who is also Partner at Trivor Capital.

The new Group possesses a very competitive and thorough set of approvals and a comprehensive base of capabilities for most of the Aircraft types in the region. Together, the new constellation can offer a one stop solution within aircraft services that can be delivered in the traffic flow.

About the new Group

An EASA certified one-stop shop Aircraft services provider that will be headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. The Group operates under EASA Part 145 and Part M certificates with subsidiaries/ line stations at all main locations in the Nordic region.
